OFFER MECHANICS:

1.) New sign-ups only. Pay NO set up fee, and a 50% DISCOUNT from our monthly fee for the promo period to help offset any costs you may incur when you cancel with your current website provider. Your regular monthly payment will be 50% OFF and then it will go to the standard price per month after your promotional period has ended.

2.) Included at no extra cost: We will transfer up to 10 pages of your provided content, migrate one year of blog posts (your most recent 12 months), add your testimonials and social media links, and set up 10 predefined property searches (based on the neighborhoods or areas of your choosing). We’ll also apply your branding — including accent colors, logo, and agent photo — and make minor layout tweaks to fine-tune your selected template.

3.) The following services are not included in the complimentary setup, but we’re happy to provide a quote if you require them: Full redesigns or complete layout/theme changes, content writing services, uploading or selecting large volumes of images (you must provide selected imagery), setting up more than 10 pages or more than one year of blog content, additional property searches beyond the included 10, custom coding outside of native template functionality, and consulting or project management services.
