EDIT: They contacted me after seeing my review and have become prompt in their responsiveness. I’m feeling more confident about this service. I was promised quite a bit from the original salesman but the on-boarding team has not done many important things that I’ve asked to help my website be great. They are slow to respond and appear disinterested in helping. I’ve asked for help and for a manager to contact me but the on-boarding team is gatekeeping. If the customer service was better, it could be a nice service.
